Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders include free Express Shipping Australia wide.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
TrollyBaby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you experience any issues, get in touch straight away and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation.

Q.Is TrollyBaby safe?
A.YES! TrollyBaby has been safety tested to the highest standards at AWTA Laboratory in Australia and can hold up to 25kg.
Q. Will my baby be comfortable?
A. Yes! At TrollyBaby your baby’s comfort is a priority. We use a special fabric mix of Cotton and Elastine. Cotton is soft and gentle on your baby’s skin. Our Elastine allows TrollyBaby to stretch for added comfort. The curved shape lets your baby snuggle in and feel safe.
Q. Is TrollBaby a good gift idea?
A. Yes! TrollyBaby is an amazing gift idea. You can ship TrollyBaby direct as a gift.
Q. Can I use TrollyBaby with one hand?
A. Yes! We’ve designed TrollyBaby for single handed use. Simply hold your baby with one arm. Attach plastic clips, next secure the velcro straps. The hammock is now secure. Gently place your baby into the TrollyBaby hammock. Fasten the buckles and you're ready to go!
Q. Can I use more than one TrollyBaby at one time?
A. Yes! Trolly Baby can be secured side by side and there will still be space for your shopping.
Q. Can I shop with my toddler and my baby at the same time?
A. TrollyBaby can be secured next to the fold out chair of a shopping cart and you will still have room for your shopping. Happy shopping!
Q. Does TrollyBaby fit all shopping carts?
A. TrollyBaby is designed to fit on all metal shopping carts. We’ve added Elastine for extra stretch to accommodate.
Q. Is TrollyBaby machine washable?
A. Yes! We recommend washing on a gentle cycle on a low heat. Sometimes the plastic and velcro can snag other items in the washing machine. To prevent this, wash TrollyBaby inside of a pillowcase tied at the end. Dry flat & do not tumble dry.
Q. Is there an age restriction?
A. Stop using TrollyBaby when your baby can roll over by themselves.
Q. Is there a weight restriction?
A. Trollybaby Can hold up to 25kg
Q. How do I position my baby?
A. Make sure you lay the baby in the hammock so you can securely fasten the straps around the waist and between the legs.
Q. What size is TrolllyBaby when folded?
A. TrollyBaby is 30cm long, roughly the same size as a small umbrella.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship all over Australia.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. TrollyBaby uses express shipping, you will receive a tracking number once payment has been received.
